The client was fairly new to the area, and was looking to refresh their property. The client felt strongly using native plants, while introducing some color and texture to a rather dull and untouched landscape. Rather than focusing on one area of the property, the client was more interested in planting throughout to create a more natural landscape.
The property was mostly shaded by a canopy of trees. The plant selection was made up of mostly native perennials, shrubs and trees for partial sun to shaded areas—with a collection of bold and unique choices throughout.
