The client requested a refresh of several areas on the property. The project began with the removal of invasive plant species, which were then replaced with carefully selected native plantings to enhance the landscape’s sustainability and visual appeal. The most significant portion of the project involved removing the existing lattice fencing that extended along the front of the house and beneath the porch. This was replaced with a dry-stacked wall constructed from colonial stone, creating a more durable and aesthetically cohesive feature while enhancing the home’s overall elevated and refined appearance.
